Criterion recognizes that the most important asset is happy, healthy employees. The benefit package offered to all full-time, regular employees includes paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. Dependent coverage is available for a fee. Long term disability and life insurance for the employee is paid by Criterion.

Work – life balance is critical to an employee’s happiness. Criterion offers a compressed work week for all employees. Employees work either Monday through Wednesday or Monday through Thursday every week. In addition to three or four day weekends, sick pay and vacation pay are part of the paid benefit package for all full-time, regular employees.
